Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Orders below $50 will incur standard shipping fees calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. SnugglePals is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at snugglepalshelp@gmail.com, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.
