We offer a wide range of luxurious and comfortable pet beds for both cats and dogs. Our collection includes stylish designs such as the SnugglePals Bear Paw Shaped Cat Bed and the SnugglePals Bed Shaped Dog Bed and Cat Bed.

We accept a variety of payment methods such as: American Express, Bancontact, Diner's Club, Discover, iDEAL, Mastercard and Visa.
3. What materials are your pet beds made of?
Our pet beds are made of high-quality materials such as linen, canvas, polyester, pp cotton and velvet. All these ensure a soft and comforting surface for your pets to relax on. We prioritize the comfort and well-being of your furry family members.
4. How do your pet beds promote optimal skeletal health?
Our pet beds are designed with the health of your pets in mind. They provide proper support to promote optimal skeletal health, ensuring a safe and healthy sleeping environment for your furry friends.
5. Do you offer returns?
No, we do not offer returns. However, if the item is damaged, we provide two options. We can either give you a refund or replace the item free of charge. Please contact us at helpsnugglepals@gmail.com to start the refund or replacement process.
6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please reach out to us at helpsnugglepals@gmail.com.
7. What is the European Union 14 day cooling off period?
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not offer returns, so you can give the item to someone else or dispose of it. Your money will be refunded.
8. How long does it take to receive a refund?
If the refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. 10. How long does shipping take?
The average wait time for an order to be delivered is 7-14 days. Please note that local or international holidays may slow down this process. The processing time for each order is 1-3 days. We appreciate your patience as we are a small company founded in 2023.
